Void Cruiser is a heavy alternative rock band from Helsinki, Finland. The band has been evolving since 2011 and developed their sound into a distinctive mixture of 90s grunge and heavy rock, with some flavours of desert stoner rock, post metal and shoegaze. For fans of: Gruntruck, Jane’s Addiction, Soundgarden, Kyuss, Deftones, Alice In Chains, Spaceslug and Type O Negative.

Void Cruiser is a heavy alternative rock band from Helsinki, Finland. The band has been evolving since 2011 and developed their sound into a distinctive mixture of 90s grunge and heavy rock, with some flavours of desert stoner rock, post metal and shoegaze. Void Cruiser delivers vast soundscapes and unrelenting riffage with mellow and melancholic sonic aesthetics reinforced with smoothly dejected lyrical expression. Their first album “Overstaying My Welcome” in 2015, gained great reviews, and with their second full-length album “Wayfarer” in 2017 on Argonauta Records, the band renewed their sound and clearly started to establish their own way of doing things.

Now Void Cruiser - strengthened by one additional member since the previous two albums - have created their third record “Call Of The Void” and are ready to unleash the full power of their sonic excess. It’s a redefinition of the band in all dimensions. The group's recognizable elements such as melancholic melodies, mellow, yet powerful vocals and a thick, but groovy fuzz wall, are still there, but with a newly established feeling to it all. Call Of The Void is an abundant delivery of gloomy, but groovy sonic ranting and mourning.
