The [PIAS] Store

Uncommon Evolution hails from high in the mountains of North West Montana, USA. Since forming in the spring of 2013, they have travelled all over the country and had the honour of playing the South By South West Festival in Austin, Texas, where they also recorded their second release “Fry” at the local Machine Shop Recording Studio. As on their critically acclaimed former album “Algid” (2020), you can expect again fiery vocals, big ballsy riffs, dynamic melodies and grooves thick enough to shake mountains. These four Montana guys have honed a sound truly all their own, though their wide ranging influences shine through in a cornucopia of flavour. Whether you call it ‘doomy and sludgy stoner rock’ or ‘southern heavy mountain rock’, for sure it’s ‘burly and bearded’, and it sounds pissed off!
