The [PIAS] Store

"Nightwalker” is a piano suite inspired by Ketil Bjornstad's own experiences as a 'nightwalker' ..., in nature, in Oslo's city streets or in the landscape of music. While you’ll hear Bjornstad play the songs of his new album on cd1 behind the Bechstein grand piano, cd2 is with this release the “Nightwalker”-suite played on the classic Fender Rhodes electric piano, sent through an equally classic Leslie (a rotating soundspeaker system) which gives a ghostly intensity and a completely unique atmosphere and a completely different vibe.
